Does staff need to log in?
Operational staff can access the dedicated Staff Dashboard link without an individual account. Property owners and managers log in to manage rooms, settings and property access.
Is room hardware required?
No. Scan & Sleep works through unique room QR codes and web browsers. No electronic door sign, sensor or other room hardware is required.
Does Do Not Disturb end automatically?
Yes. The guest selects an end time, and the Do Not Disturb status expires automatically when that time is reached.
